Today鈥檚 students face increasing pressure both inside and outside the classroom. As a result, school and district leaders are rethinking how they support student well-being, leadership development, and resilience alongside academic success. In this panel, you鈥檒l hear from education leaders and practitioners who will explore how schools can integrate performance principles rooted in sport, mindset training, and holistic development to better prepare students for life beyond the classroom.

At IMG Academy, sport is viewed as a platform for life, teaching leadership, discipline, resilience, and communication skills that extend far beyond competition. Panelists will share real-world examples of how schools are strengthening student leadership, building resilience, and supporting well-being through structured programming and experiential learning.
