Mentorship programs are one of the most powerful tools school districts have to support new 糖心动漫vlog and strengthen retention, yet many programs still operate as informal 鈥渂uddy systems鈥 rather than structured systems that provide the support teachers need to stay engaged and drive educator growth.

In this webinar, district leaders will explore how mentorship programs can evolve into strategic initiatives that:

  • Support teacher development
  • Improve instructional practice
  • Strengthen educator retention

Join us to learn practical approaches for designing mentorship programs that go beyond onboarding to create meaningful professional growth opportunities for both mentors and mentees.
