Marc Brackett is the founding director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, a professor at Yale University鈥檚 Child Study Center, and the author of Permission to Feel and the recently published Dealing with Feeling. He鈥檚 the lead developer of RULER, an evidence-based approach to teaching emotional intelligence, has published over 200 scholarly articles, and hosts 鈥淒ealing With Feeling,鈥� a podcast exploring the science and practice of emotions.
